Mr. Wilson was forced to run about 400 Feet of sewer line up Revere Street to the property (the Town has refused to run sewer up Revere Street – they made us run 175 Feet to Elm Street!), he added a Full Dormer to the home, installed Central Air Conditioning, probably a new heating system, repaved the driveway, new windows, Sliding Glass Door and Patio, tree work, landscaping. I would guess that he spent some serious money on the home.  I know what the home was like … it needed a LOT of work!  We were told NOT to “waste” any more money on our home because of the Enormous “Graziano Retail Mess” complete with a parking lot 100 feet outside our living room and three-season porch … we have a 2 lots all destroyed because the Town is incapable of enforcing Zoning Bylaws!  How would Mr. Wilson sell this property when the Grazianos have made a mess in front of it with a huge “Prison-Style Gate”, loading and unloading zone, and a warehouse?”

This is what is in front of 19 Revere Street.  With all the work Mr. Wilson put into this home, how would he be able to sell the home with the mess the Grazianos create in front of it?
