Did the Town hold Public Hearings based on Non-Existent Special Permits?
Are these the facts?
Only ONE Special Permit was ever issued for Graziano Gardens … and it was for a “Wood Frame Addition.”
No hearings were held for the use of Town Land for Parking.
No Hearings were held for replacing the Small Farm Stand with the First “Retail Store.”
No site plans were ever produced for when the business was established.
No Parking Plans were produced for when the business was established.
No Special Permit for the operation of the businesses operating there, Only a Business Permit for a “Retail Garden Center.”
It Appears that 8 Parking places are on Town land.
Illegal Signage in a Residence A Neighborhood with No Permits; the only one produced says: “By Right.”
No Buffering as required by East Longmeadow Zoning Bylaws.
Reckless Endangerment of a Minor.
Civil Rights Abuse.
The first document is an email that explains that there was only ONE Special Permit ever issued for the 280 Elm Street Address Graziano Gardens and that was for a “Wood Frame Addition.” So, as you read the other documents please keep that in mind … is this Fraud? It is time to get people in here to investigate the Town. Why won’t and why hasn’t any TV Station told the truth about what has been done here? Why do attorneys run from the case?
These are the documents that tell the truth, and it’s time to hold the Town accountable for its actions and lack of action. It’s not a joke … it is our home and our family … it could be you, your family and your home the Town decides to let someone destroy next if they are not held financially accountable and possibly criminally accountable!
