This Page shows just some of the Public Records Documents that are relevant to what the Town has allowed them to do.

The Town allowed the Grazianos to build an enormous Retail Garden Center on Residence A Land in the middle of a Residence A Neighborhood.  We have never been able to get copies of the Site Plans and Parking Plans for the business when it was built in 1984.  When we challenged what the Town had allowed them to do, they ran for the cover of the “Farm Act.”  The problem is that the Farm Act requires certain things that clearly aren’t here.  The relevant portions of the Farm Act will be here for you to read.  The facts speak for themselves and the information on this site should more than show that the Town has grossly exceeded it’s authority, violated our Civil Rights, and our Rights as Residential Property Owners.  The Town disregarded our safety, the fact that they knew this business was inappropriate for its location and really I don’t think appropriate for the Town.  So, instead of regulating this “Retail Business” the Town essentially launched a war on our family because we would not give the Grazianos our home and land or give it to them for next to nothing.  There have never been serious discussions about acquiring our home and property.  Why do you think there never has?  You have seen the pictures of what is done here … would you buy our home for what it would cost to replace?  We did not ask for damages and suffering, we only asked for replacement costs for the Home and Second Lot, and moving expense; we are entitled to that.  There were good memories here; not any more!  The Town sided with the Grazianos and destroyed our home and all that we worked for.  The News Media has slammed us writing Articles that say: “Man Sues Claims it’s no Farm,”  “Graziano Gardens wish Granted.” (articles coming to our site soon) They did’t care that this was a direct assault on our family they didn’t allow us to tell the truth about what was being done, and even to this day, not one of them will tell the truth about what goes on here and why the Town needs to be investigated, and the people responsible prosecuted.  

When the Town refused to limit and enforce East Longmeadow Zoning Bylaws we hired an attorney.  Our attorney filed action in Land Court in Boston.  After he did that, he refused to stay on as our Legal Counsel; told me not to contact him again and left our case!  We searched everywhere for an attorney … when a very large law firm offered to provide Pro Bono Legal Aid … they sat on our case for THREE YEARS … and weren’t prepared when they finally got into court, then … well, they blew it???  You decide based on the truth!

This is the Discovery and Evidence that took me over 4,000 hours to produce that our attorneys did nothing with!  The Truth really does need to be told …

We have had 20-Years of damage caused either by the Huge Trucks that deliver to Graziano Gardens, Graziano Brothers Landscaping or by Customer Traffic to this Retail Business located on Residence A Land.  Did the Town circumvent our legal action and the legal action we filed to protect our family and home?  The Town gave the Grazianos our Side-Residential Street as an Access Road to their businesses completely ignoring our Rights and Safety and Signed Petitions asking that no additional Parking be allowed, and more! The East Longmeadow Police have refused to do anything about the Safety Hazard and No One will report on it.  The Huge Tractor-Trailer Trucks don’t belong on our Side Residential Street; they can only enter from a Main Street, this would be Elm Street.

I asked the Town for a $3,000.00 Tax Abatement to cover the huge amount of damage that has been done and the Town has refused to meet with me.  They have done nothing to stop the abuse and damage caused by Graziano Gardens.  WHAT THE TOWN DOES IS CONTINUALLY DEVALUE OUR PROPERTY!  WE HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 1955!

THIS IS THE REQUEST I SUBMITTED TO THE TOWN.  THEY REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THE DAMAGE THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BY ALLOWING THIS … AND THE ANSWER ISN’T TO WIDEN REVERE STREET FOR THEIR TRUCKS AND CUSTOMER TRAFFIC … THE TRAFFIC CAN BE ROUTED THROUGH OAKBROOK AND NEW DAWES STREET TO DO THAT NOW!
