East Longmeadow Police Issues
We have never had any cooperation from the East Longmeadow Police since Chief Erickson left. The police refuse to respond to problems when called. Two East Longmeadow Police Officers came to my home to threaten me for taking pictures of the damage that is done here (see pictures on The Damage and Safety Issues Page).
When we hired Barry Ryan from Doherty, Wallace, Pillsbury and Murphy, P.C. to deal with the police Civil Rights issue, his firm was already representing the Town in the fight against us for Defending our property Rights! No action was taken by the Town against the officers involved and no police Report was ever provided to us. Two requests from Attorney Ryan were sent to the East Longmeadow Police, and still there was no response. This is just another reason why there needs to be a serious investigation into the Town!
Issues:
When we won the No Parking on Revere Street my wife was hassled by the Grazianos, officer responded; no report was ever made available.
When my wife was parked in by a huge truck unloading on Revere Street, no officer was dispatched; the police response was: “There is a Town Emergency so no one will be there for quite awhile.” (See document below)
When I was asked by a Boston-Based attorney I was trying to retain to take pictures and video of what occurs here so he could see what goes on … two East Longmeadow Police Officers in 2 Police Cruisers came to my home and threatened me for taking the pictures. (See documents below)
