Historic Red Oak Tree Destroyed for Nothing!
This tree could have and should have been saved!
Was it cut down to save “Certain People from Paying to have it removed and the fight that would go with it so that Revere Street could be widened to accommodate Graziano Gardens Huge Tractor-Trailer Trucks and Dump Trucks; including the “Possible Expansion” of Businesses into Revere Street Property?
See the documents at the bottom of the page. The Town sent a letter to me on Friday April 6, 2012 telling me that they were going to cut down the tree and the trucks arrived on Tuesday April 10, 2012 to cut it down. This prevented me from getting an injunction to stop them or to get people involved to preserve the tree. Look at the “Trees on Parker Street Section” and see how long it took to cut those little trees down!
