This is what delivers the “Farm Products to Graziano Gardens.”  These are also what destroys our property, endangers our Family and ruins the value of our Home and second Lot.  The Town ignored Signed Petitions, Circumvented our Legal Action and gave the Grazianos Our Small Residential Side Street to them as an Access/Egress Road for their Businesses!  It didn’t matter that these huge Tractor Trailer Trucks, Dump Trucks, Commercial Delivery Trucks, and Customer Traffic don’t belong here, and they never have!  Would you want this on your street?  Where is this safe?  Our Son was never safe even in his own yard, never mind the Street!  I grew up here and all of the kids in the neighborhood used to play on the street, it isn’t even safe for an adult on the street now!

Rumor has it that the Town wants to widen Revere Street so that these huge trucks can navigate the street.  The Town cut down a huge Red Oak Tree approximately 250 to 275 Years Old so they could do this?  (See the new page coming soon “Historic Oak” and the video of when I tried to get answers from the Town.  I think you will get a real “Sense” of how this Town operates … and who “Operates it.”)

Please come back and sign our Petition demanding that Revere Street be left the same width that it is and that all the Truck Traffic be routed up Oak Brook and New Dawes which leads right to the Grazianos Rear Loading Area.

Damage Examples

The pictures here show some of the damage we have from the vehicles that use the street. I put the decorative Entrance up to stop the ruts in the lawn the destroyed mailboxes … Behind the Wall Pavers and Rocks is approximately 800 Pounds of cement and they still hit it so hard that they destroy the cement and the rocks!  They don’t belong here period!  Would you want this done to your property to have to repair or pay to have repaired?  The Police never issue tickets to the drivers and the Grazianos never pay for the damage or to have it repaired and when it happens every month or more … you really get sick of it!  The Town will not cite the truck drivers or ticket them, then the Town should pay for the damage that is done, and we asked the Town to give us a Tax Abatement to compensate us for the cost in time, materials or the cost to have it repaired!  The Town refused! 

Is this yet another message from the Town that we have no Right to live here?  We think so!
